A Little Background About Me
My name is Irene Bonilla, I am the founder of "Everlasting Memories by Lam Events". For as long as I can remember, the days leading up to holidays, special occasions, and important dates have always been the days that excite me most. I put my heart and all my excitement into creating beautiful, entertaining, and innovative events-whether it's decorating the house for Christmas, planning a surprise birthday party, or coordinating my own wedding! The "big days" are fun but I live for the preparation.
I was born and raised in Valencia, Spain. There, I earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and immediately began my career in the renewable energy industry, a dream come true. What better way to satisfy a love for planning than to work in an industry where people help plan for sustainability. I established my career in Operations and Supply Chain Management where I developed an extensive set of skills, such as negotiation, relationship management, project management, attention to detail, and getting the job DONE in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. These are skills one should value in a successful event planner.
Last but not least, I live to travel the World and to incorporate all the travel experiences into my life and work. I have been fortunate enough to explore many different countries through work, from Spain where I started, to London, Germany, Mexico, and ultimately California. Every place I go provides a new perspective on how to enjoy life. Spain is a country well known for its culinary excellence and festive lifestyle. These elements and every other beautiful aspect of Spanish culture flow through my veins. California is the land of sunshine, cultural diversity, and also where I met and fell deeply in love with my now husband, who is Vietnamese-American. I love being inspired and influenced by so many different cultures. If there's one thing to be sure of, it's that I will use my colorful life to make your event something unique and full of personality!
